Review: Week 11

My favorite thing after reviewing this weeks announcements was the clock that helped slow your breathing. I struggle with anxiety and I learned in therapy  a similar trick. I think this not only regulates your breathing, but it can also help calm your mental state as well.

    I love that clock. I also struggle from anxiety so I know exactly where you are coming from. Sometimes it helps a lot to just take a step back and slow your breathing. I had never seen that clock before but I do think it could be useful to some people. Lets kick anxieties butt!
